Tainan is the oldest urban area of Taiwan and was the country's capital until 1887. Recent day it has been referred as Kyoto of Taiwan as it is steeped with history, culture, artisan crafts and gourmets. With its strong traditional food and culture, the two cities share the same fate and a future to become.
